Project Management

EEA provides third-party administration services for state petroleum and drycleaner insurance funds. Services include everything from processing insurance applications to claims management, as well as all the pertinent accounting and recordkeeping.

EEA also provides consulting services to businesses that have had an environmental release. A pollution liability claim grows over time. The longer your company has a claim open, the more expensive it gets. EEA can manage your releases and act as your intermediary with state regulatory agencies and your hired environmental consultant.

EEA coordinates directives from the state regulatory agency, reviews costs proposed by your environmental consultant and coordinates with your consultant to ensure the work gets completed properly. We review and approve reports before submission to the state agency and review invoices from the consultant to assure only the approved and necessary work performed is paid.

Risk Management

Doing your due diligence before you purchase or install a petroleum storage tank system is critical. EEA provides Phase I, Phase II and SBA 504 assessments. These assessments are vital so purchasers will know if there are existing risks at the site prior to purchasing.

Installing a tank system is a complex endeavor. Ensuring your tank system is installed to meet regulatory and industry standards can be challenging. It is in the best interest of the owner/operator to ensure that the tank is properly installed to prevent spills/overfills, corrosion and releases. There is no better way to do this then to hire an experienced UST inspector.

EEA provides tank inspection services to monitor and document the installation every step of the way. Our inspectors know what to look for to confirm your UST is in compliance with state and federal regulations through their vast experience of providing state compliance inspections.

EEA provides Risk Management services to include:

  • Litigation Support (expert review and testimony)

  • Claims or Loss Investigations

  • Cost Recovery Analysis

  • Subrogation

  • Phase I, Phase II and SBA 504 Assessments

  • Risk Management Plans
